Product Introduction

SIHE PM08 is a modified acrylic-system resin positioned for heat-bent artificial stone, complex formed parts, and artificial-stone or sanitary-ware components requiring controlled surface finishing.

Forming results depend on filler type and loading, colour system, sheet or part thickness, bend radius, heating temperature and time, fixtures, cooling rate, curing system, and grinding and polishing process.

Trials should use the actual mineral formulation, colour, and geometry. SIHE does not use unconditional colour, hardness, or ageing claims as a substitute for representative testing and the agreed customer finished-part standard.

Provide the part geometry, thickness, filler type and loading, colour, bend radius, forming conditions, and expected volume to receive documents, a trial recommendation, and quotation.
