1. About this website
This website presents SIHE industrial materials, applications and related information. It is operated by CÔNG TY TNHH CÔNG NGHỆ VẬT LIỆU COMPOSITE SIHE, a Vietnamese company. For questions about the website or a business enquiry, contact sales@sihecomposites.com.
The website supports business enquiries, document and sample requests, technical discussions and manual quotations. It does not complete purchases through an automatic online checkout.
2. Product information and material selection
Product descriptions, application examples and typical technical values help you assess a material. A typical value is not a guaranteed specification for every batch, and an application example does not guarantee suitability for your process, operating conditions or intended product.
Before selecting or using a material, assess the exact grade and its compatibility with your formulation, equipment, process and intended conditions. Appropriate trials and technical review may be needed. Ask SIHE to clarify any information that affects your selection.
3. Technical and safety documents
Consult the latest applicable Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for the exact product concerned. For safety and handling, the applicable SDS takes precedence over a short website summary. For technical information, use the applicable TDS together with any product specifications expressly agreed in the quotation or order documentation.
If documents differ, are unclear or may be out of date, obtain clarification before use. A website summary, recommendation or document request does not replace the applicable product documents or the customer’s assessment of the final material selection.
4. Quotations and orders
Prices, quantities, availability, packaging, delivery terms and other commercial conditions are confirmed through SIHE’s quotation process. The validity period and conditions are those stated in the specific quotation. If a quotation does not state a validity period, request written clarification before relying on it.
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a sample or document, or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not by itself create an accepted order. Orders are formed through the commercial acceptance process agreed between SIHE and the customer. The accepted quotation, order confirmation and other agreed commercial documents govern that transaction.
5. Content rights and acceptable use
Respect the intellectual property rights of the relevant owners in website text, images, documents, names and marks. You may consult the website to evaluate products and communicate with SIHE. Obtain the relevant rights holder’s permission for reproduction or distribution beyond uses permitted by applicable law or an express authorization.
Use the website and enquiry facilities for legitimate purposes. Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, send abusive or automated spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website or other users. Provide information relevant to your enquiry and avoid unnecessary personal information about other people.
6. External resources and personal information
The website may include third-party links and resources. An external service’s own terms and privacy practices apply when you use that service; a link does not by itself make the external service part of SIHE’s order-acceptance process.

This section does not exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or override obligations expressly accepted in the applicable commercial documents.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the website or business process changes. An update to website terms does not by itself amend an existing accepted commercial agreement.
