RFQ worksheet
Use this worksheet to organize a product enquiry before opening the SIHE RFQ form. It focuses on the purchasing and contact information needed to route your request. For detailed process and performance questions, use the separate FRP selection checklist.
The form lets you collect product lines, choose the request type and review the information before sending. Preparing the essentials helps SIHE respond to the right question.
Choose what you need
- Quotation: identify the product and estimated quantity for a commercial enquiry.
- Sample: describe the evaluation you plan; SIHE will confirm specification, availability, sample cost and freight.
- TDS or SDS: identify the product, grade where known, destination market and preferred document language.
- Technical support: explain your finished part, process or current question if you need help choosing a material.
Choose the types that describe the same enquiry. For an application question without a selected product, the technical support route is a useful starting point.
Other request options include colour matching and a distributor enquiry. Choose the option that describes your need and provide the relevant colour reference, target market or business context in the fields shown.
Prepare each product line
Choose from the current product range. For a resin family, select a grade if you know it or ask SIHE to recommend one. Keep separate products on separate lines.
Enter an estimated quantity together with the unit shown for that product. The form offers the units and packaging appropriate to the selected entry. If your enquiry needs another arrangement, describe it in the notes for review.
SIHE confirms the order quantity, price, quotation currency, availability and dispatch timing for the selected product and destination. Enter the timing you need so the team can consider it alongside the material requirement.
Make the reply route clear
Prepare the company or workshop name, a contact person and delivery country. Add the contact information for your preferred channel: email, phone, WhatsApp or Zalo. Check the spelling and numbers before proceeding.
For supporting drawings, photos or a longer discussion, use the Contact page to continue through the available contact channels. The contact choice in your RFQ tells SIHE how you prefer to receive a reply.
Review before sending
- Confirm the request type and every selected product/grade.
- Check quantity, unit, destination and any timing or document notes.
- Check the company, contact person and preferred contact details.
- Read the contact-consent wording and review the summary.
- Use the final send button only when the summary is ready.
If the summary needs a correction, return to the relevant information and update it before sending. After the request has been sent, use the confirmation shown by the form and keep the details handy for the follow-up conversation.
