SIHE General-Purpose Unsaturated Polyester Resin Series for FRP

Developed for a range of FRP production methods and applications. SIHE selects and adjusts a suitable grade based on the finished part, production process, and the customer's hardness, toughness and gel-time requirements.

SIHE Water Park Resin Series

Resins for manufacturing and repairing FRP water-park equipment and water-play structures. Grade selection is confirmed against the forming process, surface requirements and service conditions.

SIHE SH96 Engineered Quartz Resin Series

A resin series for engineered-quartz slabs, with options for different cure cycles, mineral-filler systems and processing requirements.

SIHE Artificial Stone Resin Series

Resins for artificial-stone slabs, basins and moulded parts using calcium-carbonate or aluminium-hydroxide fillers, together with confirmed casting, spray-up and hand-lay-up processes.

SIHE Marine Composite Resin Series

SIHE Vacuum Infusion Resin Series

Resins for vacuum infusion and related closed-mould processes. Each grade has its own processing window and application direction; SH9265 is identified separately for RTM.

SIHE Craft Resin Series

Resins for transparent craft products and white or light-coloured blanks that are painted, coated or decorated after moulding.

SIHE Vinyl Ester Resin Series

Vinyl ester resin for FRP equipment, pultruded profiles and corrosion-resistant coatings. Chemical exposure and service temperature must be confirmed before material selection.

SIHE Mold Resin Series

SIHE 8625 Mold-Making Silicone Rubber

SIHE-manufactured fast-curing mould-making silicone, supplied as a milky-white liquid. Suitable for FRP moulds, resin crafts, sculpture, furniture and architectural decoration, candles, plastic toys, gifts, stationery, plaster crafts and related reproduction or mould-making applications. It offers good heat, acid, alkali and ageing resistance. Use and cure conditions are confirmed by SIHE for the customer's process.

SIHE 8630 Mold-Making Silicone Rubber

SIHE-manufactured fast-curing mould-making silicone, supplied as a colourless to pale-yellow transparent liquid. Suitable for FRP moulds, resin crafts, sculpture, furniture and architectural decoration, candles, plastic toys, gifts, stationery, plaster crafts and related reproduction or mould-making applications. It offers good heat, acid, alkali and ageing resistance. Use and cure conditions are confirmed by SIHE for the customer's process.

EMC300 Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat

E-glass chopped strand mat, 300 g/m², Grade A, originating in Zhejiang, China. Width is confirmed per order. Compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. Used for hand-lay-up FRP, boats, containers, automotive parts and building components, with good wet-out, bonding and reinforcement performance.

JUSHI Spray-Up Roving

JUSHI-brand spray-up roving supplied by SIHE; the model and tex are not published. Compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins; used for sanitary ware, boats and other spray-up FRP products. Provides uniform tension, fast wet-out, low fuzz, good dispersion and low static. Store dry and cool in original packaging at 15–35°C, stack no more than three pallet layers, and condition in the workshop for 24 hours before use.

02/018 Fiberglass Woven Fabric

Medium-alkali plain-weave fiberglass fabric, 90 cm wide, Grade A, originating in Zhejiang, China. Compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. Used for hand-lay-up FRP, boats, containers, automotive parts and building components, with good wet-out, bonding and reinforcement performance.

SIHE 858 Cobalt Accelerator

SIHE-manufactured cobalt accelerator for ambient-temperature curing systems using unsaturated polyester resin. Addition ratio and use plan are confirmed by SIHE for the actual resin system and process. The cobalt solution used in the standard gel-time test is not SIHE 858.

SIHE Composite Pigment Paste – Custom Color

SIHE-manufactured composite pigment paste for unsaturated-polyester composites, FRP, artificial stone and resin crafts. SIHE matches colour against the customer's target, physical sample or reference code, base resin and finished product. Feasibility, trial sample, cost, MOQ, price and lead time are confirmed separately; no claim is made that every colour or a fixed Delta E tolerance is available.
